Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our team and produce stunning animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for designing and animating graphics for videos, advertisements, social media, and web content. You’ll collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboard ideas, and create visually compelling animations. You’ll animate everything from logos and icons to full-length video sequences, ensuring they are visually compelling and cohesive. You’ll use tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D to bring ideas to life with smooth transitions, effects, and 3D elements. You’ll collaborate with video editors and other designers to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into various media projects. You’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and new ideas for animation techniques and styles. You’ll ensure animations are optimized for a wide range of devices and platforms, ensuring they look great everywhere.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage and organize motion project files, keeping layers, comps, and assets clean and editable for team collaboration.
• Contribute to branded templates or reusable motion libraries for faster content creation at scale.
• Collaborate with creative teams, marketers, and video editors to bring static designs and concepts to life through animation.
• Animate existing assets or build motion elements from scratch, depending on project needs and timelines.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to animate product flows, app interactions, or onboarding screens for better user experience.

Preferred:

• Thrives in fast-paced creative environments with remote collaboration.
• Able to adapt designs for multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Able to collaborate with designers, editors, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
• Willing to receive feedback and iterate quickly based on creative direction.
• Knows how to prepare clean project files and organize assets for team handoff.
