Description:
We’re looking for a Remote HR Coordinator to support our HR team by managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You’ll assist in the full cycle of recruitment, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and onboarding new team members. You’ll assist with onboarding, making sure new employees are set up for success and feel welcomed into the team. You’ll manage and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements. You’ll help track employee data, manage attendance, and assist with payroll and benefits administration. You’ll ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in the implementation of HR policies that reflect best practices. You’ll ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, helping to mitigate risks and promote fairness. You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to help develop and implement employee growth initiatives and performance reviews. You’ll help manage the company’s benefit programs, ensuring employees have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Coordinate employee offboarding by managing checklists, access removals, and exit surveys.
- Collaborate with payroll or finance to support salary updates, benefit enrollments, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Track key HR metrics—turnover, onboarding completion, survey results—and present findings in simple reports or dashboards.
- Help implement DEI initiatives by tracking participation, gathering feedback, and supporting communication efforts.
- Assist in maintaining internal HR documentation, such as policies, handbooks, org charts, and FAQ pages.
Preferred:
- Enjoys building systems that support employees and help companies scale.
- Background or strong interest in human resources, business administration, or people operations.
- Organized, discreet, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience organizing virtual events like welcome calls, team introductions, or training sessions.
- Excited to support a growing, remote-first team and ensure smooth HR logistics.
