Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee to assist on fashion, portrait, and lifestyle shoots — no experience required, just a good eye and passion for capturing people beautifully. You’ll assist on real shoots where timing matters: entrances, speeches, reactions, details — the kind of moments that happen once. We’ll teach you how to frame portraits, manage natural and studio light, and direct models and clients with confidence and care. You’ll gain experience with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, audio gear, tripods, gimbals, and sometimes just quick reflexes and natural light. You’ll learn the basics of landscape, street, and action videography — and how to find beauty in movement, rhythm, and stillness. We’ll show you how to film emotional beats, joyful chaos, and still make everything feel cinematic and personal. You’ll also help document trips: packing shots, behind-the-scenes, cultural moments, and day-to-day experiences for social platforms. You’ll assist with organizing footage, backing up files, and keeping shoots efficient and professional. We’ll also teach you the basics of editing: color correction, trimming, transitions, and how to export clean content for Reels, YouTube, and TikTok.

Basic Qualifications:

• Capture both staged and candid moments, depending on project requirements.
• Color-correct, sound-balance, and add motion or graphic elements when needed.
• Adjust quickly on set if weather, lighting, or client needs change suddenly.
• Handle the full content lifecycle—from concept to final export and delivery.
• Work independently or as part of a team, depending on project size and scope.

Preferred:

• Comfortable directing subjects during shoots to achieve natural, high-quality results.
• Organized with managing RAW files, exporting batches, and maintaining a logical file structure.
• Enjoys capturing moments, shaping stories, and creating visually stunning content.
• Can collaborate with models, clients, stylists, or art directors to bring a vision to life.
• Values creativity, punctuality, and technical precision in every project.
