Description:

We’re hiring a Webflow Developer who’s obsessed with clean builds, sleek animations, and websites that just *feel* right. You know that Webflow isn’t just a drag-and-drop tool — it’s a full-fledged development environment when used by the right hands. You take pride in structured class naming, fully responsive layouts, and lightning-fast page loads. You’ve likely built dozens of sites in Webflow — maybe for clients, maybe for fun, but always with attention to detail. You’re comfortable building with client-first methodologies or using frameworks like Relume or Client-First by Finsweet. You understand UX as much as design and can translate static mockups into living, breathing sites with personality and purpose. You know how to use CMS to empower clients and content teams, and you’re confident integrating third-party tools or adding a bit of custom code when Webflow’s native features fall short.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create modular design systems inside Webflow—components, style guides, and reusable classes that make the site easy to scale.
• Build with scalability in mind—whether it’s one page or a whole CMS-driven ecosystem, structure matters.
• Support landing page creation for marketing experiments with quick turnarounds and clean versioning.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring landing pages, product sites, or microsites to life.
• Stay organized in file and page structure—clients and teammates should never get lost inside the Webflow project.

Preferred:

• Experience deploying to custom domains and handling minor hosting configurations.
• Familiar with using custom code blocks (HTML, CSS, JS) when needed.
• Understands website best practices for usability, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Can build reusable components and style systems for scalable projects.
• Wants to grow into roles like Webflow Lead, Product Designer, or No-Code Engineer.
