Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’re the master of movement, timing, and efficiency. You’ll oversee the journey of our products from point A to point B with minimal friction. Every day, you’ll coordinate shipments, confirm deliveries, and resolve delays like a pro. You’ll work closely with transportation providers to organize shipping schedules and track deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll assist in managing shipping schedules, working with third-party providers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeframe. Your inbox is a battlefield, but you conquer it daily with clear communication and fast responses. If there's a disruption in the supply chain, you're the first to jump in with a backup plan. You’ll ensure that all deliveries meet safety standards and comply with regulations, making sure no delays or penalties occur. You’ll monitor and evaluate logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track shipments using logistics platforms and provide real-time updates or reports to stakeholders and customers.
• Balance speed, cost, and quality across shipping decisions to meet business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Keep digital files organized, backup records secure, and processes well-documented for training and handoffs.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations accurately and on time.
• Coordinate the movement of goods, materials, or shipments across local, regional, or international routes—ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

Preferred:

• Thrives in deadline-driven, remote-friendly work environments that reward precision and coordination.
• Familiar with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Odoo.
• Willing to update reports, dashboards, or shipment records on a daily or weekly basis.
