Description:

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support daily operations of our online store. You’ll assist in managing product listings, ensuring they are up-to-date with accurate details, images, and pricing. You’ll help process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and handling any shipping issues that may arise. You’ll track inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for customers and properly stocked across all platforms. You’ll support marketing initiatives by helping with online campaigns, promotions, and product launches to increase sales. You’ll collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and other marketing strategies for online sales. You’ll manage product categorization, ensuring the website is organized and easy for customers to navigate. You’ll maintain a clean and organized online store, ensuring that products are easy to find and navigate for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all product information—titles, descriptions, prices, images, tags—is accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Help test new store features or product pages to confirm functionality before launch.
• Use tools like Trello, Notion, or Airtable to manage product update pipelines and task workflows.
• Process incoming orders, coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment teams, and track shipping details to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain internal documentation like product catalogs, SKU sheets, supplier contact lists, and SOPs for key tasks.

Preferred:

• Can help prepare product launches, manage SKUs, and coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment services.
• Can follow brand voice and tone when writing or updating product text.
• Understands basic e-commerce operations including inventory updates, shipping settings, and product tagging.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable for product tracking and order management.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, organized, and detail-driven remote environment.

You’ll work with the logistics team to ensure that all shipments are processed efficiently and orders are fulfilled on time. You’ll track the performance of online campaigns and provide insights on which strategies are driving traffic and sales. You’ll keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to help optimize the e-commerce platform and operations. This remote position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth of the business.
