Description:

We’re hiring new faces for content creation — Actor / Model / Influencer Trainees with zero experience but strong presence, energy, and comfort on camera. You’ll film short vertical videos — reviews, unboxings, try-ons, day-in-the-life edits, and relatable TikToks — all from home or casual locations. We’ll guide you on how to make content that feels authentic, not overly polished — because real sells better than fake. You’ll work on lifestyle shoots, product videos, TikToks, Instagram Reels, and behind-the-scenes content for brands and creators. Expect to shoot for social media, e-commerce, print, and reels that need both elegance and energy. We’ll guide you in building visual consistency: colors, framing, pace, and how to make your content feel like “you. You’ll work with a small, agile crew — lights, mics, cue cards — and gain experience in professional but relaxed video shoots. You’ll also gain experience in walking, transitions, and looking confident even when you don’t feel it yet — that’s part of the craft. You’ll also record voiceovers, host short intros/outros, and learn how to “think while talking” for authentic flow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow creative direction on set while also bringing your own flair and personality.
• Adapt your look, tone, or performance depending on the campaign style and audience.
• Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and audience sentiment.
• Understand and interpret scripts, briefs, or moodboards to deliver the desired tone and emotion.
• Attend castings, fittings, or brand meetings as required, virtually or in person.

Preferred:

• Understands basic posing, framing, and on-camera presence across different platforms.
• Capable of managing multiple brand deals or campaigns simultaneously with clear communication.
• Understands how to self-promote using reels, behind-the-scenes content, or trend participation.
• Pays attention to lighting, angles, and wardrobe to maintain a consistent visual aesthetic.
• Able to follow creative direction, scripts, or moodboards from photographers and directors.
