We’re welcoming a passionate Elementary School Teacher Trainee who believes every child deserves a warm, supportive, and engaging learning environment. You’ll work side-by-side with seasoned teachers, observing how they spark curiosity, build routines, and create safe, joyful spaces for learning. You’ll shadow experienced teachers, observe their teaching styles, and begin to understand what effective instruction really looks like. You’ll learn to manage energy levels, support different personalities, and adapt when things don’t go as planned — which happens often in education! Whether helping tie shoelaces, sharpen pencils, or calm nerves before a quiz, you’ll be there — quietly building trust. You’ll help students stay engaged during story time, science experiments, and group discussions. You’ll gain insight into how children grow socially and emotionally — not just academically — and how teachers nurture that every day. You’ll help students work together respectfully, take turns, and navigate small conflicts with kindness. You’ll help monitor behavior, support emotional regulation, and step in kindly when conflict arises between students.
