We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist Trainee to help us write newsletters, blog posts, and website content — no experience required, just a love for clear writing and digital communication. You’ll be creating and testing content fast — for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, emails, blog posts, and landing pages. We’ll teach you how to structure newsletters, write engaging subject lines, and craft CTAs that drive clicks without sounding pushy. Expect to write captions that sound natural but drive engagement — and know how to add value in under 10 seconds. You’ll learn how to use tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, and Notion to stay organized and move fast. You’ll learn how to turn vague notes into drafts, drafts into visuals, and visuals into published, trackable results. We’ll train you to write emails, nurture sequences, and Instagram posts that educate, inspire, or sell without sounding salesy. We’ll guide you on how to use tools like MailerLite, Brevo, Notion, Grammarly, and WordPress (or similar CMS). We’ll show you how to adapt messaging for different platforms while keeping the brand’s personality intact.

Basic Qualifications:

• Spot what competitors are doing—and find ways to do it better or smarter.
• Write captions, headlines, and calls to action that feel natural, not robotic.
• Plan and publish engaging content across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Prepare reports and slide decks to share wins, learnings, and next steps with the team.
• Engage with comments, DMs, and mentions in a way that’s helpful and human.

Preferred:

• Skilled in writing compelling captions, scheduling posts, and using social media planning tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Familiar with influencer outreach, user-generated content strategies, or brand partnerships.
• Familiar with tracking social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Values creativity, storytelling, and data-informed decision-making.
• Enjoys building communities, sparking conversations, and growing online presence.
