Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Clerk Trainee to join our air cargo team — perfect for someone who’s curious about aviation logistics and ready to work in a time-critical, high-security environment. You’ll begin by supporting the check-in of cargo shipments, matching airway bills to packages, and preparing items for scanning and clearance. You’ll learn how to label, tag, and sort products so that they’re easy to locate and access when needed. You’ll assist in staging shipments based on departure times, airline schedules, and final destinations. You’ll be trained to use scanners, printers, and order management software to keep fulfillment accurate and efficient. You’ll help restock shelves and bins after receiving shipments so pickers always have easy access to high-turnover products. You’ll learn how to prioritize time-sensitive or perishable items, flag any spoilage risks, and report irregularities. You’ll be part of regular cycle counts, learning how inventory is tracked and discrepancies are resolved. You’ll gain experience in handling different types of goods — from small parts to large boxes — and how to lift safely.

Basic Qualifications:

• Take initiative to improve workflow or solve small issues before they escalate.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and identifying damaged or expired goods.
• Report inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, or damaged stock to supervisors immediately.
• Take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and being a reliable part of the logistics chain.
• Label and sort inventory items by category, SKU, or destination in the proper storage areas.

Preferred:

• Willing to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, or overtime when required.
• Capable of picking, packing, and staging orders based on packing slips or digital instructions.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members, delivery drivers, and warehouse managers.
• Familiar with packing requirements for fragile, perishable, or international shipments.
• Understands the importance of order fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.

You’ll support regular inventory checks, helping to count stock with gloves and scanners in cold conditions.
