We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok. Not just someone who scrolls — we mean someone who understands why things go viral and can jump on trends before they peak. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and scripting (just a bit), while keeping a keen eye on engagement stats to see what works. If your camera roll is filled with videos that never made it to TikTok, we want to see those. This role moves as fast as TikTok itself, so you need to be fast, creative, and ready to adapt. As our TikTok Content Creator, you'll be responsible for taking us to the For You page in the most unique, fun, and totally unmissable ways. You’ll be brainstorming fresh ideas, filming on the fly (even if it’s just with your phone), and editing everything with impeccable timing to match the latest trends. Don’t stress about perfection — this is about showing up authentically, quickly, and creatively. TikTok is a whole new language, and we want someone who speaks it fluently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Document your creative process for transparency or even bonus content.
• Create drafts in advance so the calendar’s never empty, even during downtime.
• Engage with comments, stitch trending videos, and interact with the TikTok community to grow organically.
• Keep things light, relatable, and never too polished—this is TikTok, not TV.
• Track performance of each video to see what’s working and why—then iterate fast.

Preferred:

• Has experimented with transitions, effects, or storytelling formats on mobile.
• Enjoys following a wide variety of creators and learns from their styles and formats.
• Understanding how trends evolve and when to jump on them for maximum visibility.
• Understands the role of sound, music timing, and captions in maximizing engagement.
• Previous experience running a personal or themed TikTok account with consistent posting.
