Description:

We’re hiring a skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and design intuitive and engaging user experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that meet both user and business needs. You’ll collaborate with the product and development teams to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. You’ll conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather valuable insights and improve designs. You’ll conduct user research to understand pain points, needs, and goals, using these insights to inform your design decisions. You’ll ensure that designs are responsive, optimizing them for various screen sizes, devices, and platforms. You’ll follow design best practices and stay current with the latest trends in UX/UI design to keep our products competitive and user-friendly. You’ll stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are baked into every screen, from color contrast to keyboard navigation.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Present design ideas and rationale confidently in design reviews or stakeholder syncs.
• Design onboarding flows, dashboards, forms, mobile navs, and other core components of SaaS or consumer apps.
• Test and validate design concepts through usability testing, A/B testing, or analytics review—UX is never done, it evolves.

Preferred:

• Can follow brand guidelines while adding user-friendly improvements.
• Enjoys solving user problems and making digital products feel simple and intuitive.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
• Understands how to translate research findings into intuitive interface solutions.
• Familiar with responsive design and how to optimize layouts for different devices.
