Description:

We’re looking for a Music Producer who can turn creative sparks into fully realized tracks — someone who understands both the art and architecture of sound, and knows how to guide a project from raw idea to final master. You’ll be responsible for taking musical projects from scratch to final mix, helping artists discover, shape, and refine their sonic identity. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire production process — from early demos and arrangement to vocal direction, editing, and mixing supervision. We expect you to work across genres and tempos — whether it’s stripped-down acoustic or layered electronic textures — with equal clarity and taste. You’ll program beats, compose melodies, and design textures that enhance emotion, rhythm, and storytelling. You’ll collaborate with editors, voiceover teams, visual artists, and motion designers to ensure sonic and visual alignment. You’ll be the bridge between creative energy and polished output, ensuring every detail feels intentional and emotionally true. You’ll balance creativity with technical know-how — exporting, compressing, and preparing assets for every use case, from Dolby Atmos to TikTok. You’ll be hands-on in DAWs, plugins, and synths — but you’ll also know when to strip it all back to one vocal and a piano.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with audio engineers or mastering pros to finish songs at a high professional level.
• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and musicians to shape the sound and feel of each track.
• Balance creativity with technical execution—great beats still need clean mixes.
• Work with labels, managers, and sync agencies to deliver on commercial briefs or deadlines.
• Handle post-production tasks including mixing, mastering, and file delivery.

Preferred:

• Thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments where creativity meets production precision.
• Background or passion in music composition, audio engineering, beatmaking, or sonic branding.
• Familiar with vocal editing, tuning (e.g., Melodyne, Auto-Tune), and aligning timing for a polished result.
• Experience producing music across genres such as pop, hip-hop, electronic, or cinematic depending on artist or project needs.
• Able to collaborate with vocalists, instrumentalists, or songwriters to shape the creative direction of a track.
