Description:

We’re offering an HR Specialist (Recruiter) Trainee position for someone who’s excited to help people find the right jobs — and help teams grow with the right people. You’ll assist in managing job boards, reviewing candidate profiles, and organizing interview logistics across multiple roles. We’ll teach you how to evaluate resumes quickly, spot key qualifications, and identify hidden potential in candidates. You’ll assist in screening candidates, reviewing applications, and identifying who best matches each role. Expect to sit in on interviews, observe different interview styles, and take notes to support hiring decisions. We’ll train you to use applicant tracking systems and teach you how recruiters manage dozens of roles at once. You’ll get familiar with recruiting tools and HR systems used to scale hiring across departments. You’ll also help prepare hiring reports and analyze recruiting metrics like source effectiveness and drop-off points. You’ll also support diversity and inclusion efforts, learning how to reduce bias and expand reach.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from writing job descriptions to sending offer letters.
• Advocate for hiring decisions backed by both data and gut instinct.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Help shape a hiring culture that values people over paperwork.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and refine role requirements.

• Willing to represent the company at job fairs, career events, or virtual recruitment webinars.
• Able to write clear and engaging job descriptions aligned with company values and hiring goals.

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
