Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Figma Designer to join our team and design intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate with product teams, UX designers, and developers to ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also functional. You’ll be tasked with maintaining design consistency across all projects by developing design systems and reusable components in Figma. You’ll create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows for client presentations or user testing. You’ll help maintain a consistent design system, ensuring uniformity across all designs and user interfaces. You’ll iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and user testing, ensuring continuous improvement in design quality. You’ll ensure that all designs are user-friendly, accessible, and mobile-responsive, providing an optimal experience across all devices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in user testing or UX reviews to gather insights and refine flows for better usability and clarity.
• Support handoffs by creating detailed style guides, component documentation, and written notes for developers.
• Collaborate asynchronously via Figma comments, Loom videos, Notion docs, or Slack updates—especially in remote teams.
• Contribute to team design critiques with thoughtful feedback and openness to learn from others.
• Stay consistent with brand guidelines while still pushing visual creativity and improving user experience.

Preferred:

• Able to create and maintain reusable components and auto-layout structures.
• Understands layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy within Figma components.
• Wants to grow into roles like Product Designer, UI Engineer, or Design System Lead.
• Able to work independently or as part of a remote design team.
• Pays close attention to accessibility, contrast, and color usage in interface design.
