Description:

We’re looking for an Instagram Reels Editor who can take short-form content to the next level. If you're a creative thinker with an eye for editing and trends, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and fine-tuning Reels that stand out in the feed and bring our brand’s personality to life. If you have an eye for trends and know how to tweak your content to stay relevant, you’ll be a perfect fit for this role. You should have a deep understanding of what works on Instagram and know how to capitalize on trending audio, effects, and challenges. This is a fast-paced, high-energy job where you’ll need to think on your feet, edit quickly, and still produce polished, shareable content.

Basic Qualifications:

• Archive and back up content regularly to avoid asset loss or bottlenecks.
• Give creative input beyond editing—what's the hook, what should the shot list look like, what could be better?
• Use tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile apps to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Cut down raw footage into engaging 15–60 second clips that hook viewers fast.
• Push boundaries with bold edits, experimental formats, and fast-paced storytelling.

Preferred:

• Experience editing for brands, influencers, or personal creative projects.
• Understands how to match video cuts with music beats and trending audio.
• Proficient in using mobile or desktop editing tools like CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Takes feedback well and uses it to revise and improve edits.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels features, trends, and viral formats.
