Description:

We’re looking for a strategic Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee and optimize our gig listings, driving traffic and increasing sales. You’ll manage the entire gig creation process, from crafting compelling descriptions to setting competitive pricing and packages. You’ll monitor gig performance, using data analytics to identify trends, optimize listings, and improve conversion rates. You’ll analyze gig performance, track metrics, and adjust strategies to improve visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the point of contact for client inquiries, offering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. You’ll be the point of contact for clients, handling orders, ensuring high-quality communication, and maintaining excellent reviews. You’ll identify trends, analyze competitors, and find new ways to differentiate our services and gain an edge over the competition. You’ll monitor competition, identifying trends and incorporating new ideas to stay ahead in the market. You’ll maintain a detailed record of client feedback, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle order disputes, Fiverr support tickets, or negative feedback with professionalism and solutions-first mindset.
• Keep visual assets fresh—thumbnails, banners, and videos that match current trends and buyer expectations.
• Maintain a consistent delivery process with reusable templates, checklists, and file structures for speed and quality.
• Track order status, deadlines, and queue management to avoid delays and missed opportunities.
• Set up auto-messages, gig requirements, and FAQs to streamline onboarding and reduce repetitive back-and-forth.

Preferred:

• Familiar with keyword research and using SEO best practices within Fiverr’s search system.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment with creative service offerings.
• Can analyze top-performing competitors and apply strategies without copying.
• Understands Fiverr’s review system and how to encourage positive feedback ethically.
• Familiar with Fiverr analytics tools and can monitor impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.
