Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager for the night shift — someone who thrives when the floor is quiet but the pressure is still on. You’ll run the floor like a pro, keeping people focused, inventory accurate, and orders flying out on time. You’ll oversee a lean team, balancing productivity, safety, and calm leadership in a low-noise, high-focus environment. You’ll monitor productivity, enforce safety, and keep deadlines from becoming suggestions. From managing inbound and outbound logistics to fixing the barcode scanner that always dies on Fridays — you’ve got it handled. You’ll manage nightly reports, track movement, and ensure every order is ready for early dispatch. When issues arise — from delays to equipment glitches — you’ll troubleshoot calmly and decisively. You’ll be the person others count on to fix problems fast and communicate clearly when it matters. You’ll solve problems in real time, think on your feet, and keep things calm even when it’s crunch hour.

Basic Qualifications:

• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and workflows to maximize space and streamline processes.
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff—ensuring safety protocols, productivity standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and other regulatory standards to maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
• Coordinate closely with e-commerce or retail systems to sync inventory data and minimize stockouts or overselling.
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of all stock to facilitate accurate scanning and tracking.

Preferred:

• Thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
• Knows how to handle seasonal volume changes or urgent orders with minimal disruption.
• Comfortable implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA or local regulations.
