Description:

We’re looking for a Pharmacist who’s equal parts science nerd, people person, and cool under pressure. You’ll be the one behind the counter who doesn’t just fill prescriptions — you explain them like a trusted advisor. Your role isn’t just about medication — it’s about reassurance, safety, and clarity at a time when people need it most. You’ll talk to patients like real people, not charts — guiding them through treatments with clarity and confidence. You’ll be the one they come back to with questions because they remember how easy you made it the first time. You’ll manage inventory like a pro, ensuring no shelf runs empty and no medication expires unnoticed. You’ll be part of a healthcare team that relies on your insight, your experience, and your clinical integrity. You’ll manage inventory like a science — keeping track of stock, expiration dates, and reordering before the shelves ever run low. You’ll help people navigate side effects, insurance confusion, and late-night questions with empathy and patience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, insurers, and other pharmacists to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
  • Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients while verifying dosages, interactions, and contraindications based on medical history and current treatments.
  • Provide clear counseling to patients on how to properly take their medications, potential side effects, and safe storage or disposal practices.
  • Stay compliant with licensing requirements and continuing education to maintain credentials and professional knowledge.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, DEA, local pharmacy boards) including controlled substance protocols.

Preferred:

  • Familiar with over-the-counter (OTC) recommendations and guiding customer choices appropriately.
  • Organized with recordkeeping, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance checks.
  • Licensed pharmacist with up-to-date credentials and knowledge of national pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Thrives in detail-focused, ethical, and team-driven healthcare settings.
  • Willing to support wellness initiatives, medication therapy management (MTM), or chronic care programs.

Benefits:

  • You’ll always know your work is meaningful, measured, and appreciated.
  • And yes, you’ll be the one people come back to — because they trust you.
  • Daily rituals include team huddles, patient check-ins, and the occasional heartfelt thank-you from someone you helped.
  • Your input on inventory, workflows, and medication access helps shape how we serve the community.
  • You’ll be treated as a medical professional, not just a “pill counter.”

You’ll stay curious, updating your knowledge so your advice is always grounded in the latest science. You’ll make hard calls with confidence and explain them with humility and precision. You’ll communicate clearly with physicians, double-check prescriptions, and stand firm when something doesn’t look right. You’ll counsel on more than just pills — from lifestyle choices to vaccine education to OTC guidance. You’ll bring order to busy days, compassion to tough conversations, and accuracy to every single label. You’ll help deliver not just prescriptions, but trust, support, and guidance to everyone who walks through the door. Your presence makes the pharmacy feel not just competent, but comforting. You’ll be part of something bigger — a system that depends on people like you to keep it safe and human. If you believe that a great pharmacist is part clinician, part counselor, and part quiet hero — we want you on our team.
