Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to support daily operations in our distribution center — ideal for someone who’s dependable, physically fit, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work in chilled and freezer zones where food products, medical supplies, or temperature-sensitive goods are stored and processed daily. You’ll be trained to follow temperature guidelines, product rotation rules, and strict sanitation procedures. You’ll help unload incoming inventory, sort products by SKU or category, and restock shelves to maintain real-time inventory accuracy. You’ll be responsible for keeping aisles clear, shelves stocked, and the entire work area neat, clean, and hazard-free. You’ll scan and label inventory with speed and precision, working within set time limits to maintain cold chain integrity. You’ll be trained on warehouse software and equipment, including conveyors, printers, and stretch-wrapping stations. You’ll work under time pressure during peak hours, especially early mornings, evenings, or holiday rushes. You’ll help maintain a clean, frost-free workspace by following defrosting, floor drying, and spill cleanup protocols.

Basic Qualifications:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely to move heavy goods.
• Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations based on inventory systems.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors.
• Prepare orders by gathering, wrapping, labeling, and staging items for delivery.
• Stay punctual, focused, and ready to work physically throughout the shift.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution facility with a focus on inventory movement and order fulfillment.
• Wants to grow into roles like Inventory Coordinator, Shift Lead, Forklift Operator, or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Thrives in structured, goal-driven environments where teamwork and consistency matter.
• Pays close attention to detail when verifying product quantities, locations, and condition.
• Capable of performing cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving stock discrepancies with minimal supervision.
