We’re looking for a Newsletter Copywriter who can transform ideas into emails people *actually* want to open, read, and click. You’ll be the voice behind the screen that informs, entertains, and motivates our audience to take action, whether that’s clicking a link, discovering something new, or simply staying connected to the brand. Your writing is clear, concise, and knows exactly when to be clever. In this role, you'll craft everything from weekly newsletters to product announcements, editorial roundups, drip sequences, and customer updates, always with a tone that feels warm, confident, and human. Whether it’s a product launch, a behind-the-scenes story, a curated roundup, or a weekly check-in — you’ll know how to write it so it *feels* personal and intentional. You’re not just a good writer, you’re a strategic communicator who understands audience segments, open rate psychology, and the subtle art of a great CTA.
Basic Qualifications:
- Repurpose blog content, social posts, or product updates into digestible newsletter formats that feel fresh.
- Create or refine reusable templates and content frameworks for recurring newsletters or campaigns.
- Test A/B variations of headlines, CTAs, and content blocks to continuously improve performance.
- Write with mobile readers in mind—short paragraphs, scannable structure, and clear calls to action.
- Edit and proofread every word carefully—spelling, grammar, clarity, and brand tone all matter.
Preferred:
- Familiar with email marketing metrics like open rate, CTR, and unsubscribe rate.
- Comfortable working with marketing teams, designers, and analytics specialists.
- Enjoys storytelling and knows how to blend value with subtle persuasion.
- Open to feedback and iterating on drafts based on performance or team input.
- Can structure emails for readability with clear headers, CTAs, and scannable formatting.
