Description:

We’re looking for a talented and proactive Remote Recruiter to help us find the best talent for our growing team. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top candidates. You’ll collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for each role. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll post job openings, evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in making final hiring decisions. You’ll work with candidates to discuss their qualifications, experience, and expectations, providing a clear picture of the role. You’ll keep track of all recruitment activities, managing a pipeline of candidates for current and future positions. You’ll help develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we have a pool of qualified candidates.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Assist with reference checks, offer letters, and pre-boarding communication to ensure a confident and professional handoff.
  • Adapt recruiting tactics based on the role—whether it’s tech, design, marketing, operations, or customer support.
  • Track candidates and stages using ATS tools like Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or Notion to maintain an organized pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and culture fit for each position.
  • Provide a positive experience for every applicant—even those who don’t move forward—by offering feedback or closure when possible.

Preferred:

  • Willing to give and receive feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Comfortable writing compelling job descriptions and posting them across various channels.
  • Can manage multiple open roles and keep hiring managers updated on pipeline progress.
  • Pays attention to candidate experience, from outreach to rejection messages.
  • Wants to grow into roles like Talent Partner, People Ops Manager, or Head of Recruiting.

You’ll work closely with HR and leadership to ensure all hiring goals are met and the team’s needs are fulfilled. You’ll be a key partner in improving the overall recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
