Description:

We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer Trainee with a focus on user research — no experience required, just empathy, curiosity, and a desire to design things that actually help people. You’ll work directly with senior designers to create components, tokens, and UI patterns that scale across web and mobile products. We’ll teach you how to design clean, intuitive mobile flows that guide users without confusion or clutter. You’ll learn how to take user stories or raw wireframes and turn them into clean, usable, and consistent designs. Expect to work on small features first: buttons, navbars, cards, modals — learning how everything fits into a design system. We’ll show you how to ask the right questions, observe behavior, and avoid assumptions in your design process. You’ll sit in on real UX discussions about flows, pain points, and why good design is mostly invisible. You’ll use Figma and FigJam daily, learning how to keep files clean, flows logical, and handoffs smooth. We’ll show you how to stay lightweight in your process: rapid iterations, lo-fi testing, and clear design decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Celebrate good UX moments, learn from the bad ones, and keep improving the craft.
• Create responsive layouts that work beautifully across different screen sizes and devices.
• Gather and interpret feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders without losing your design vision.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, analytics, or just realizing something feels off.
• Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to bring interfaces to life from rough drafts to pixel-perfect screens.

Preferred:

• Can deliver clear specs and assets to developers and support implementation feedback loops.
• Keeps up with UI/UX trends, tools, and evolving design standards across platforms.
• Comfortable using prototyping tools to demonstrate animations, transitions, or complex interactions.
• Thrives in collaborative, feedback-driven environments that balance creativity with strategy.
• Comfortable conducting usability tests and iterating designs based on feedback and analytics.
