You’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to close, doing it all remotely with confidence and clarity. This role isn’t about cold scripts and hard sells — it’s about understanding customer needs, guiding them toward solutions, and creating long-term value. You’ll handle discovery calls, identify customer pain points, and tailor solutions that make sense — not just for quotas, but for people. You know how to listen actively, read signals (even over email), and build trust quickly. Your follow-up game is strong — timely, respectful, and always on point. You’re comfortable setting and exceeding targets, but you don’t let numbers get in the way of being a good human. Flawless.
Basic Qualifications:
- Use digital tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Notion, etc.) efficiently to keep communication tight.
- Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
- Follow up with leads consistently, providing value and answering objections without sounding pushy or robotic.
- Host video calls or product walkthroughs, adapting your style based on the prospect’s industry and knowledge level.
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects who aren’t ready now but may convert later.
Preferred:
- Background or interest in business, communication, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
- Can explain technical products in simple, benefit-driven language.
- Enjoys reaching targets and celebrating small wins as part of a sales journey.
- Thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys fast-paced problem-solving.
- Able to handle objections calmly and tailor messaging to client needs.
