Description:
We’re offering a Radiologic Technologist Trainee position for those ready to enter the world of high-tech healthcare — no experience required. We’re hiring Radiologic Technologist Trainees — no prior experience required, just motivation and a willingness to learn. From day one, we’ll train you on safety protocols, positioning techniques, and how to work closely with patients of all ages and conditions. You’ll assist in urgent situations — car accidents, fractures, internal injuries — where every second and every image counts. You’ll learn to operate advanced machines with accuracy while keeping your focus on the human being lying in front of you. We’ll teach you how to read imaging requests, set exposure levels, and align equipment to capture the clearest views. You’ll learn to operate machines with precision, troubleshoot calmly, and work around real-life limitations like short staff or power flickers. You’ll help someone scared of a cancer scan feel heard, or someone recovering from a fall feel dignity instead of frustration. You’ll develop strong communication skills, because in smaller hospitals, everyone relies on each other more directly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Be ready to assist during trauma cases or emergency imaging needs at any hour.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on machines and report malfunctions immediately.
- Help lift or move patients who have limited mobility or are unconscious.
- Communicate clearly with doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure smooth workflow.
Preferred:
- Familiar with performing chest, extremity, spine, and abdominal X-rays under physician direction.
- Experience operating radiographic equipment in hospital, outpatient, or diagnostic lab settings.
- Understands how to adhere to ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) standards for radiation exposure.
- Pays attention to image clarity, proper labeling, and correct patient information on all studies.
- Certified and licensed as a radiologic technologist, with training in X-ray imaging procedures.
Benefits:
- Paid continuing education — stay licensed, certified, and ahead of the curve.
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage — because healthcare workers deserve healthcare too.
- You won’t be invisible here — we recognize the skill it takes to make the invisible visible.
- Every scan is a mix of science, precision, and people skills — and you’ve got all three.
- Low patient-to-tech ratios — so you can focus on quality, not quantity.
You’ll comfort patients who know your name, assist doctors who trust your judgment, and support nurses who depend on your timing. We’ll teach you how to stay safe, stay sharp, and stay adaptable in a dynamic, resource-limited environment. You’ll work in fast-paced environments — hospitals, clinics, trauma rooms — where precision matters and time is critical. You’ll also learn the human side of healthcare — empathy, listening, patience, and treating people with dignity. You’ll be supported, mentored, and encouraged to grow into a role where clinical excellence meets quiet compassion. You’ll become part of a place where patients are treated like people, not just cases — and that starts with you. You’ll be supported, mentored, and taught how to turn every scan into something meaningful and accurate. If you’re ready to learn a skill that blends science and heart — we’re ready to welcome you into the field. If you’re ready to turn potential into confidence and learning into impact — we’re ready to welcome you to the team.
