Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s curious, detail-oriented, and ready to turn raw numbers into real insights. ” You’ll support the analytics team by gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to help teams make smarter, faster decisions. Whether it’s customer behavior, product usage, or campaign performance, you’ll dig into the data to find answers — and ask better questions. You don’t need to have all the answers — but you should be eager to explore, test assumptions, and learn from both successes and mistakes. You’ll assist in creating recurring reports, troubleshooting anomalies, and maintaining data accuracy across dashboards and internal tools. You’re the type who triple-checks formulas, labels charts clearly, and takes pride in delivering clean, reliable work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with product, marketing, or operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Celebrate small wins—your analysis helps the company make better decisions, one report at a time.
• Keep learning new tools and techniques that make your analysis sharper and more efficient.
• Be flexible—sometimes the task is pulling numbers, sometimes it’s spotting a trend, sometimes it's just cleaning a messy sheet.
• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and usability for analysis.

Preferred:

• Familiar with concepts like KPIs, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
• Able to interpret data and explain insights in a clear and actionable way.
• Currently studying or has background in statistics, economics, computer science, or related fields.
• Enjoys solving real-world problems by turning data into insights and action.
• Interested in learning more about data tools like Python, R, or Google Analytics.
