Description:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who thrives in a remote, async-first team where clear writing, calm structure, and self-discipline matter more than meetings. You’ll support our marketing team with research, content updates, campaign tracking, and a whole lot of Google Sheets. You’ll communicate mostly in writing: Slack, Notion, comments, tickets — so clarity, context, and kindness in text are your superpowers. You’ll help with things like keyword research, campaign scheduling, competitor analysis, and social content planning — all with support and structure. You’ll work closely with the founder, designer, and product team — and start to see how marketing touches every part of the business. You’ll shadow meetings with clients and start to see how feedback turns into action, revisions, and eventually, live campaigns. You’ll work in marketing dashboards, email tools, CMS platforms, and spreadsheets — we’ll show you once, then trust you to repeat. You’ll learn tools like MailerLite, Notion, Figma, Google Ads, and maybe even Zapier — don’t worry, we’ll teach you. You’ll help test messaging, fix broken links, and pull numbers into reports that make the difference between “guess” and “know.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Conduct competitor research—tracking what others in the industry are doing across digital channels.
  • Collect screenshots, analytics, and campaign notes to prepare presentations or recap decks for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, or external vendors to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet deadlines.
  • Support lead generation initiatives through form setup, CRM tagging, or landing page optimization.
  • Update and maintain the company website or e-commerce platform—editing content, uploading images, and checking for broken links or SEO issues.

Preferred:

  • Can contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas, taglines, or content hooks.
  • Understands how to organize and track campaign performance using spreadsheets or dashboards.
  • Wants to grow into roles like Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Manager, or Growth Marketer.
  • Values creativity, analytics, and consistency in marketing work.
  • Knows how to proofread and follow brand voice and tone guidelines across all materials.

Benefits:

  • You’ll be part of brainstorms, debriefs, and campaign planning — your voice is welcome at the table.
  • Opportunities to grow into content manager, performance marketer, or marketing coordinator roles.
  • If you love checklists, click-through rates, well-written emails, and learning by doing — welcome to the team.
  • You’re not “just an assistant” — you’re a key part of the team that helps us grow, connect, and convert.
  • You’ll never be stuck doing the same thing every day — variety and creativity are part of the job.

You’ll be given small but real tasks — and when you do them well, we’ll give you bigger ones. You’ll take ownership of micro-projects — maybe it’s onboarding emails, or our FAQ page, or building a spreadsheet we use every week. You’ll move fast, but learn to pause for quality — and we’ll help you understand where speed matters and where clarity wins. You’ll be encouraged to research trends, suggest improvements, and start thinking like a marketer — not just an executor. You’ll also make mistakes — and learn how a good agency turns those into lessons, not lectures. You’ll be trusted early, coached constantly, and pushed to grow faster than you thought you could. You won’t just build experience — you’ll help build the brand from the inside. If you're resourceful, curious, and secretly enjoy Googling “how to fix Mailchimp segment logic” — we want you on our side. If you’re fast, flexible, curious, and weirdly excited by spreadsheets and content calendars — welcome to agency life.
