Description:

We’re hiring an Email Marketing Assistant to help create and manage email campaigns that drive engagement and sales. You’ll be responsible for crafting email copy, designing templates, and scheduling campaigns across various email platforms. You’ll assist in creating visually appealing email templates and optimize them for different devices and email clients. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure that email campaigns align with the overall strategy and business goals. You’ll help optimize email content for mobile devices, ensuring emails are responsive and user-friendly. You’ll track and analyze email campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to refine strategies. You’ll ensure that all emails are optimized for mobile devices, ensuring a seamless experience for all recipients. You’ll work with the marketing team to align email strategies with larger business objectives, including product launches and promotions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use tools like Canva or Figma to quickly create simple graphics or banners for email content when needed.
• Support the creation, scheduling, and delivery of email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or HubSpot.
• Support lead generation efforts by integrating forms and pop-ups across websites or landing pages.
• Assist in writing or editing email flows like welcome series, cart abandonment, re-engagement, or post-purchase follow-ups.
• Participate in team meetings, content planning, and campaign retros to share feedback and learn what’s working.

Preferred:

• Understands how to clean mailing lists, manage unsubscribes, and maintain deliverability.
• Comfortable creating and formatting newsletters, campaign emails, and automated flows.
• Knows how to organize and tag subscribers based on actions or interests.
• Enjoys combining data and creativity to improve results and audience engagement.
• Curious about improving email performance through testing and iteration.
