Description:

We’re hiring a talented and creative Video Editor to join our remote team and produce high-impact videos for various platforms. You’ll be responsible for editing raw footage, adding sound effects, music, and creating polished videos that align with our brand vision. You’ll work closely with the creative team to ensure the final product meets the vision and requirements of each project. You’ll be involved in all aspects of video production, including cutting, trimming, adding effects, sound design, and color correction. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. You’ll work on a variety of video projects, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media content, tailored to specific platforms. You’ll help create motion graphics, animations, and special effects to add creativity and visual interest to the videos. You’ll use video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro to deliver high-quality results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, or clients remotely to understand project goals and deliver on time.
• Optimize file size and quality for different platforms and delivery methods without sacrificing fidelity.
• Create intro/outro animations, lower thirds, or branded overlays that reinforce visual identity without overwhelming the viewer.
• Troubleshoot technical issues calmly—software bugs, render failures, or syncing problems are part of the job.
• Follow brand guidelines (fonts, colors, tone) while leaving room for flair and experimentation.

Preferred:

• Capable of editing under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Knows how to compress and export videos for optimal quality and speed.
• Knows how to cut raw footage into polished, platform-ready content efficiently.
• Experience editing content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form ads.
