Description:

We’re looking for a Cleaner Trainee to help keep our office spaces clean, organized, and ready for a productive day. You’ll start by shadowing experienced cleaners to understand daily routines, cleaning zones, and the order of tasks. You’ll assist in disinfecting surfaces such as beds, examination tables, door handles, and medical equipment covers. You’ll be trained on how to clean screens, keyboards, and office equipment carefully without damaging sensitive surfaces. You’ll learn how to mix and safely handle cleaning chemicals according to workplace safety standards. You’ll support floor care by sweeping, mopping, and spot-cleaning spills, making sure all areas are safe and dry. You’ll learn to follow a checklist to ensure no detail is missed — from light switches to door handles and windowsills. You’ll learn how to mop and sanitize floors using hospital-approved cleaning agents and specialized tools. You’ll assist with room inspections and learn how to report any broken fixtures or missing items to maintenance or reception.

Basic Qualifications:

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, workspaces, and public areas according to daily schedules.
• Follow health, fire, and safety regulations in every aspect of your duties.
• Record completed tasks when required for accountability or quality control.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste following health and safety regulations.
