Description:

We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer who approaches every problem with curiosity, clarity, and a strong belief that design should make people’s lives easier — not more complicated. In this role, you won’t just be designing screens; you’ll be shaping how real people experience our product. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into smart, elegant solutions that scale. From discovery workshops to polished prototypes, you’ll lead the charge on turning complexity into simplicity. You’re just as comfortable sketching on paper as you are working in Figma, and you know how to move from low-fi to polished mockups with confidence. You're thoughtful with your decisions and can explain *why* something works, not just *how* it looks. You’ll work with PMs, engineers, and content folks in an agile environment where feedback loops are fast, and ownership is shared. You think in components, flows, and responsive grids, but you also think in feelings — how something looks *and* how it makes someone feel.

Basic Qualifications:

• Organize design files, document decisions, and make collaboration easy for other team members.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and smoothly.
• Be proactive in identifying UX issues and suggesting improvements even outside your immediate tasks.
• Stay organized, manage priorities across multiple features, and meet deadlines without losing quality.

Preferred:

• Follows other designers and product teams for inspiration and improvement.
• Willing to explore feedback from users and adapt designs to real-world needs.
• Can explain design decisions clearly and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
• Has contributed to the design of real-world digital products, either freelance or in-house.
• Excited to work on end-to-end product experiences from ideation to delivery.
