We’re seeking a proactive and organized Etsy Shop Manager who can balance creativity with operational precision. You’ll take full ownership of the shop’s daily operations — from uploading new items to ensuring customers get what they ordered on time. You know how to write listings that not only describe the product but sell the story behind it. You’ll write, update, and manage product listings to ensure everything is accurate, appealing, and up-to-date. You’re responsive, professional, and kind when handling customer inquiries, reviews, or refund requests. You’re someone who loves turning messy backlogs into organized workflows and clear to-do lists. You’ll track sales performance, notice trends, and make recommendations on what’s working (and what’s not). You’re not afraid of spreadsheets, and you understand how to use data to drive decisions and test new ideas. You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and love keeping things organized in tools like Trello, Notion, or spreadsheets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, or limited-time offers to drive traffic and sales.
• Track expenses, revenue, and profit margins—especially if managing physical goods or fulfillment services.
• Handle customer service with professionalism and care—answer questions, resolve complaints, and build strong relationships with buyers.
• Create promotional content or collaborate with designers for thumbnails, banners, and social media assets.
• Celebrate wins—new products, customer milestones, five-star reviews—and share them to build credibility and community.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in business, marketing, design, or product management.
• Familiar with Etsy SEO, including titles, tags, and descriptions that boost discoverability.
• Knows how to respond to customer messages with clarity, kindness, and efficiency.
• Understands the unique balance between creativity and analytics in running an Etsy shop.
• Can handle order management, shipping updates, and customer communication professionally.
