Whether it’s a lead magnet, social media kit, digital planner, or business presentation, your templates are functional, brand-ready, and visually on point. You understand that great design isn’t about complexity, but about clarity and intentionality. You move quickly in Canva, using every shortcut, feature, and layout trick like a pro. Canva is your second home — you know the ins and outs, from setting up custom dimensions to using brand kits, grids, and reusable elements like a pro. You stay on top of design trends but don’t get lost in them; your work feels current without being cliché.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain a consistent aesthetic across your portfolio while experimenting with new styles and layouts.
• Create templates with a beginner-friendly mindset—clear structure, editable text boxes, grouped elements, and intuitive layouts.
• Design beautiful, functional, and easily customizable templates in Canva for various use cases—social media posts, presentations, planners, resumes, and more.
• Be proactive in suggesting new template types or formats based on seasonal trends or business goals.
• Maintain a library of reusable design elements, icons, and layouts to speed up future creation.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in graphic design, marketing, branding, or content creation.
• Knows how to use Canva's brand kits, grids, and advanced features like animations.
• Familiar with Canva Pro features like content planner, folders, and team sharing.
• Pays attention to accessibility, contrast, and visual clarity for diverse audiences.
• Understands visual hierarchy, spacing, and color theory for effective layout design.
