Description:

We’re looking for a Junior Frontend Developer to help us build modern, responsive web applications that engage and delight users. You’ll work closely with senior developers to implement beautiful and functional user interfaces that meet the needs of our clients. You’ll assist in implementing interactive features, ensuring the website performs well across all devices and browsers. You’ll help implement designs provided by the design team, ensuring that they look great across devices and browsers. You’ll gain hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue. You’ll gain exposure to modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. You’ll be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code that follows best practices and is easy to update. You’ll be expected to debug issues and contribute to the improvement of website performance and functionality. You’ll learn how to optimize websites for performance, making sure they load quickly and run efficiently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Treat every small component like it matters—because great UIs are built one detail at a time.
• Take pride in growing from junior to mid-level by consistently showing up, improving, and contributing to real-world products.
• Strive for pixel-perfect implementation, but stay pragmatic when trade-offs are needed to meet deadlines.
• Take initiative to research new tools, UI trends, and performance improvements that can benefit the project.
• Adapt to new technologies and stacks quickly as projects or company needs evolve.

Preferred:

• Enjoys building user-friendly experiences and learning from real-world challenges.
• Knows how to break tasks into components and manage simple app state.
• Understands the importance of performance, accessibility, and semantic HTML.
• Has built personal or academic projects showcasing clean UI and basic interactivity.
• Familiar with CSS preprocessors like Sass or frameworks like Tailwind CSS is a plus.
