Description:

We’re hiring a Dishwasher to support the food and beverage operations in our hotel — perfect for someone who takes cleanliness seriously and thrives in a team-driven, guest-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for washing plates, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans using both industrial machines and manual methods. You’ll help manage large volumes of items during buffet service, breakfast rush, or evening dining with precision and speed. You’ll wash plates, glasses, flatware, and serving equipment during and after events, keeping everything organized in real time. You’ll help clean up food prep tools, chafing dishes, trays, and coolers to make breakdown smooth and efficient. You’ll load and unload dish racks, storage bins, and gear before and after transport to and from the event site. You’ll monitor detergent levels, water temperature, and machine performance to keep things running efficiently. You’ll be trained to operate commercial dish machines and follow health department safety guidelines. You’ll be trained to operate mobile dish machines, water heaters, and sanitizers specific to field service.

Basic Qualifications:

• Restock soap, sanitizer, and paper towel dispensers in the dish area and bathrooms if required.
• Report broken equipment, clogged drains, or other issues to the kitchen supervisor immediately.
• Use protective gloves and follow safety practices when handling chemicals or hot equipment.
• Scrape food waste, rinse items, and load dish racks efficiently without breakage.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and putting away supplies when the dish area is slow.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to cleanliness, temperature standards, and kitchen hygiene regulations.
• Able to maintain a steady pace during high-volume shifts and peak meal service times.
• Thrives in fast-paced, organized environments where cleanliness and teamwork are key.
• Wants to grow into roles like Prep Cook, Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor over time.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy racks, and bend frequently throughout shifts.
