Description:

We’re looking for a Remote CRM Specialist who knows how to turn messy data into smooth, actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving our CRM system so our teams can move faster and smarter. You’ll structure pipelines, tag behaviors, and make sure leads don’t fall through the cracks. You understand that great CRM isn’t just about software — it’s about helping people make better, faster decisions. If you get satisfaction from seeing clean data and streamlined processes — you’ll love this role. You’ll create custom dashboards, tag systems, and workflows that help teams work with clarity and efficiency. You know how to make complex CRM tools feel intuitive for non-technical teammates. You’ll troubleshoot integration issues, fine-tune email logic, and test flows before they ever go live. If an integration breaks, you’re the first to spot it and already have a fix or workaround in mind.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor user activity inside the CRM to identify training gaps or potential misuses of the system.
• Segment leads and customers based on behavior, demographics, or lifecycle stage to support personalized outreach and campaigns.
• Support GDPR, CCPA, or other compliance efforts by managing data access, consent, and deletion workflows inside the CRM.
• Support marketing efforts by managing contact lists, tags, and segmentation for email and ad campaigns.
• Assist in migrating data from spreadsheets, legacy tools, or other platforms into the CRM smoothly and securely.

Preferred:

• Has experience integrating CRMs with tools like Slack, Zapier, or Google Sheets.
• Understands GDPR compliance, data privacy, and responsible contact management.
• Pays close attention to detail when updating records and tracking customer interactions.
• Organized and methodical in managing CRM hygiene, deduplication, and process optimization.
• Open to creating templates, custom fields, and automation rules to streamline processes.
