Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker for our cold storage facility — perfect for someone who’s physically prepared, detail-focused, and comfortable working in refrigerated environments. You’ll work in chilled and freezer zones where food products, medical supplies, or temperature-sensitive goods are stored and processed daily. You’ll scan and label thousands of packages per shift, working with speed and accuracy to meet shipping deadlines. You’ll be trained to read zone maps, interpret routing labels, and follow conveyor workflows that direct parcels efficiently. You’ll rotate between order fulfillment, restocking, labeling, and processing returns depending on shift priorities. You’ll assist in inventory counts, cycle checks, and restocking tasks using handheld scanners or digital tracking systems. You’ll track expiration dates, lot numbers, and storage times for regulated items like dairy, meat, or vaccines. You’ll assist with quality control by checking item condition, expiration dates (if applicable), and proper labeling before packing. You’ll rotate between receiving, packing, labeling, and staging depending on shift needs and volume.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective gear to maintain a secure work environment.
• Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations based on inventory systems.
• Participate in team meetings or briefings to stay updated on tasks and safety updates.
• Lift, carry, and stack items of various weights—sometimes for extended periods.
• Assist with training new staff on safety protocols, task procedures, or warehouse layout.

• Values reliability, accuracy, and efficiency in daily tasks.
• Works well independently or as part of a warehouse team, communicating clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
• Experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution facility with a focus on inventory movement and order fulfillment.
• Enjoys physical, hands-on work and seeing tangible progress throughout each shift.
• Wants to grow into roles like Inventory Coordinator, Shift Lead, Forklift Operator, or Warehouse Supervisor.

You’ll be expected to lift heavy boxes, push cold carts, and move pallets using manual or powered equipment. You’ll assist in regular stock counts and quality inspections to prevent product loss or contamination. You’ll report any temperature fluctuations, equipment malfunctions, or packing errors immediately to your supervisor. You’ll work in layered PPE including insulated gloves, jackets, and boots, which are provided and maintained by the facility. You’ll receive regular breaks and warm-up periods throughout your shift to protect your health and focus. You’ll be a key part of the engine that powers customer satisfaction and same-day/next-day shipping.
