Description:

We’re hiring a proactive Junior Project Manager to assist with organizing and executing projects efficiently and on time. You’ll assist in creating project plans, setting timelines, and ensuring that resources are properly allocated to meet project goals. You’ll help coordinate team efforts, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards shared project goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll assist in managing client relationships, ensuring that communication is clear and expectations are met. You’ll collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations are clearly communicated and met throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll help identify and mitigate risks by ensuring the project scope and resources are properly defined and allocated.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance speed and precision—move fast, but don’t rush blindly.
• Ensure proper documentation and version control of files, specs, and contracts across platforms and stakeholders.
• Support task prioritization with leads, especially when things shift fast or new work lands mid-sprint.
• Help onboard new team members by sharing project context, documentation, and access to necessary tools.
• Build relationships with your team by being helpful, dependable, and genuinely engaged in project outcomes.

Preferred:

• Open to learning project communication strategies such as standups, retros, and postmortems.
• Eager to take initiative and solve logistical or coordination issues quickly.
• Understands the value of scope control and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Can manage small projects independently or support senior PMs with coordination tasks.
• Basic understanding of project management principles like scope, timeline, and deliverables.
