Description:

We’re looking for a Warehouse Clerk Trainee to join our night shift team — ideal for someone who values quiet focus, steady work, and getting things done while the world sleeps. You’ll start by helping sort incoming inventory, scanning barcodes, and updating stock levels in the digital system. You’ll learn how to weigh, measure, and label goods in accordance with airline and freight regulations. You’ll assist in staging shipments based on departure times, airline schedules, and final destinations. You’ll help organize products by category, rotation date, and shelf life to ensure accurate stock levels and freshness. You’ll help restock shelves and bins after receiving shipments so pickers always have easy access to high-turnover products. You’ll learn how to inspect products for damage, expiration, or mismatch before they’re stored or shipped. You’ll follow safety protocols specific to airside work, including visibility gear, restricted access zones, and time windows. You’ll gain experience working with automated systems, handheld scanners, and label printers — all in a calm, paced setting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow company procedures for handling high-value or sensitive items.
• Label and sort inventory items by category, SKU, or destination in the proper storage areas.
• Keep warehouse shelves, aisles, and stations organized and free from clutter or safety hazards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare shipping documents, barcodes, and tracking labels accurately for outgoing shipments.

Preferred:

• Organized in maintaining clean, efficient workstations and contributing to general warehouse cleanliness.
• Familiar with receiving shipments, checking delivery documents, and inspecting goods for damage or accuracy.
• Familiar with using pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts (if certified) to move stock safely.
• Enjoys organizing goods, supporting shipments, and contributing to smooth warehouse flow.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members, delivery drivers, and warehouse managers.

You’ll support regular inventory checks, helping to count stock with gloves and scanners in cold conditions. You’ll receive safety training specific to overnight work — from equipment use to staying alert during long, quiet stretches.
