Description:

We’re hiring a Caregiver to provide compassionate, dependable support to individuals who need daily assistance — perfect for someone who’s patient, attentive, and driven by the desire to help others live with dignity. You’ll assist clients with everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, always with sensitivity and respect for their independence. You’ll be trained to follow care plans that may include sensory support, behavioral cues, communication tools, and therapy exercises. You’ll assist with medication reminders and watch for signs of confusion, dizziness, or changes in mood or memory. You’ll perform quiet household tasks like laundry, light cleaning, and preparation for the next day’s routine. You’ll support household tasks like vacuuming, laundry, and tidying to create a peaceful, clean space. You’ll document sleep quality, incidents, or changes in condition that occurred during the shift. You’ll be trained in safe transfer techniques, including the use of walkers, wheelchairs, or mobility aids. You’ll assist with toileting, incontinence care, and hygiene needs discreetly and respectfully.

• Capable of preparing simple, nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Understands how to respond to emergencies calmly and notify family members or supervisors promptly.
