Description:

We’re looking for a talented Figma Designer to join our team and create stunning, user-friendly designs for digital products. You’ll be responsible for crafting wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to bring design concepts to life. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring design concepts to life. You’ll ensure consistency across all designs by developing and maintaining design systems, components, and styles in Figma. You’ll take part in user research and testing, using insights to inform design decisions and enhance user experience. You’ll manage and organize Figma files, ensuring that they are easily accessible and well-documented for collaboration across teams. You’ll work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with the highest quality standards. You’ll ensure that all designs are user-friendly, accessible, and mobile-responsive, providing an optimal experience across all devices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain clean, well-structured Figma files—labeling layers, grouping elements, and organizing pages for easy handoff and teamwork.
• Coordinate with marketing or content teams when UI intersects with campaigns or editorial visuals.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability insights—making improvements without compromising consistency.
• Keep up with UI/UX design trends, Figma updates, and best practices to improve the quality of your work.
• Design accessible interfaces—thinking about color contrast, type size, and interaction states for all users.

Preferred:

• Thrives in a collaborative, feedback-rich, and detail-oriented creative environment.
• Background or interest in product design, UX/UI, digital branding, or web design.
• Stays updated with the latest Figma features, community plugins, and UI trends.
• Can turn wireframes or rough ideas into polished, high-fidelity UI designs.
• Comfortable building interactive prototypes and micro-interactions directly in Figma.

You’ll assist in designing elements for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products while ensuring optimal usability. You’ll be an advocate for design thinking, promoting a user-centered approach to every aspect of the design process. You’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas to solve design challenges and meet project objectives. This remote position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful digital projects.
