Description:

We’re hiring a Music Producer who doesn’t just make tracks — but builds worlds around artists, guiding them from rough sketches to deeply personal, fully produced songs that leave a mark. You’ll produce original music across formats: singles, soundtracks, branded content, live activations, and more. You’ll lead creative direction in the studio — shaping melody, tone, arrangement, and space with both instinct and strategy. You’ll produce songs from the ground up or step into unfinished sessions with the clarity to finish them strong. You’ll manage sessions with empathy and focus, keeping momentum while giving artists room to explore and be vulnerable. You’ll produce beats, manipulate samples, build textures, and make decisions that elevate not just the song — but the brand. You’ll be the bridge between creative energy and polished output, ensuring every detail feels intentional and emotionally true. You’ll take ownership of timelines, track revisions, and final deliverables, ensuring nothing leaves the studio until it’s right. You’ll be involved in post-production decisions like mix notes, arrangement tweaks, and mastering revisions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with labels, managers, and sync agencies to deliver on commercial briefs or deadlines.
• Love the process—your ears, taste, and leadership shape how the world hears music.
• Oversee or assist with sound design for brand content, games, or short-form video.
• Stay up to date on production trends, plugins, gear, and new sounds across genres.
• Balance creativity with technical execution—great beats still need clean mixes.

Preferred:

• Able to deliver stems, instrumentals, acapellas, or radio edits as needed for release or sync licensing.
• Enjoys blending artistic experimentation with structure and polish for a professional sound.
• Comfortable building beats, composing melodies, arranging tracks, and finalizing mixes.
• Organized with session file management, plugin presets, and version control for collaborative workflows.
• Proficient in DAWs such as Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, or Pro Tools for recording, sequencing, and mixing.
