Description:
We’re hiring a Radiologic Technologist Trainee — no experience required, just empathy, attention to detail, and a desire to care for people through technology. We’re hiring Radiologic Technologist Trainees — no prior experience required, just motivation and a willingness to learn. From day one, we’ll train you on safety protocols, positioning techniques, and how to work closely with patients of all ages and conditions. You’ll assist in preparing rooms, setting up machines, and guiding patients through the process with clarity and calm. You’ll gain confidence using advanced imaging equipment while learning how to think like a medical professional. You’ll begin to understand how X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy contribute to accurate diagnosis and early detection. You’ll learn the core principles of radiation safety, image quality, anatomy, and patient communication. You’ll be trained to think fast, move carefully, and work calmly under pressure while staying attentive to each patient’s condition. You’ll develop strong communication skills, because in smaller hospitals, everyone relies on each other more directly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Handle sensitive health information with full confidentiality and professionalism.
- Help teach or mentor newer technologists or students when asked.
- Follow proper procedures when using contrast agents, including allergy checks and monitoring.
- Keep up with continuing education to maintain your certification and grow your skills.
- Communicate clearly with doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure smooth workflow.
Preferred:
- Certified and licensed as a radiologic technologist, with training in X-ray imaging procedures.
- Wants to grow into roles like CT/MRI Technologist, Imaging Lead, or Radiology Department Supervisor.
- Knowledge of anatomy, positioning, and radiation safety principles to capture high-quality images.
- Can collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate care.
- Familiar with performing chest, extremity, spine, and abdominal X-rays under physician direction.
Benefits:
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage — because healthcare workers deserve healthcare too.
- Break rooms with snacks, working microwaves, and a chair that reclines — the little things matter.
- A workplace that values accuracy, empathy, and quiet excellence.
- Your work helps detect cancer, broken bones, strokes, and more — and we don’t take that lightly.
- We celebrate diagnostic wins, clear images, and clean safety records.
From broken bones to hidden infections, you’ll be part of uncovering the truth beneath the surface — image by image. We’ll show you how to document scans properly, manage workflow efficiently, and stay cool under pressure. You’ll gain the ability to manage time efficiently without rushing, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly in tough situations. You’ll also learn the human side of healthcare — empathy, listening, patience, and treating people with dignity. This career isn’t just about machines — it’s about making technology serve healing, and making patients feel safe in the process. You’ll be supported by experienced techs who’ve worked every shift, every emergency, and every kind of scan. You’ll be supported, mentored, and taught how to turn every scan into something meaningful and accurate. If you’re ready to combine technical training with hands-on medicine — we’re ready to show you how it’s done. If you’re ready to turn potential into confidence and learning into impact — we’re ready to welcome you to the team.
