We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant who loves keeping things in order and people on track. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling, emails, document prep, and all the little things that make a big difference. You don’t just manage calendars — you optimize them for productivity and flow. Whether it's preparing a slide deck or ordering office supplies, you always deliver with precision. Being organized isn’t just a strength — it’s your superpower. You’re not just a note-taker — you’re a proactive planner who keeps everything moving behind the scenes. You’ll create reports, update records, and keep documents in order without missing a beat. You’ll manage inboxes, draft clear emails, and make sure important messages don’t fall through the cracks. You understand that great administration is the foundation of every successful team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Support senior leadership with confidential tasks and ensure sensitive information is handled with discretion.
  • Support internal operations by ordering office supplies, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining vendor contact lists.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal team needs and help resolve small problems before they grow bigger.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, or Operations to support cross-functional administrative needs.
  • Help plan and coordinate team events, meetings, or company-wide initiatives—whether virtual or in-person.

Preferred:

  • Willing to learn internal systems and adapt quickly to new software or protocols.
  • Enjoys creating order, solving logistical issues, and supporting team efficiency.
  • Can help improve office efficiency by suggesting tools or process tweaks.
  • Can manage travel arrangements, expense tracking, and basic invoicing tasks.
  • Able to assist in preparing presentations, reports, or meeting agendas.
