Description:

We’re seeking a Fashion Designer who doesn’t just follow trends — but defines them through vision, silhouette, and emotion. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, sketching, and developing collections that align with seasonal direction, brand identity, and market trends. You’ll sketch original concepts and translate them into technical drawings that guide development with precision and clarity. You’ll collaborate with product developers, sourcing managers, and garment technicians to ensure your designs balance beauty and practicality. You’ll be responsible for fabric research, color palette development, and finish selection that supports both sustainability and longevity. You’ll collaborate with fabric developers, pattern makers, and stylists to execute each piece with clarity and precision. Your process should balance innovation and discipline — knowing when to push and when to pare back. You’ll be involved in campaign art direction, lookbook styling, and show concepts to ensure the collection lives as a full experience. You’ll track development schedules and contribute to timelines that move designs from concept to rack.

Basic Qualifications:

• Revise and refine collections based on feedback, samples, and wearability testing.
• Build strong relationships with fabric vendors, printing partners, and sample makers.
• Create mood boards, lookbooks, and technical drawings to communicate your ideas clearly to the team.
• Collaborate with patternmakers, seamstresses, and manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately produced.
• Deliver sketches and concepts on schedule to keep production timelines on track.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Head Designer, Creative Director, or Brand Founder.
• Comfortable presenting concepts to creative directors, buyers, or marketing teams.
• Experience designing collections from concept to production, including mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selection.
• Experienced in trend analysis, market research, and competitive brand review.
• Comfortable preparing tech packs, spec sheets, and production-ready documentation for manufacturers.

You should be proficient in tools like CLO 3D, Illustrator, and Photoshop — and comfortable presenting work conceptually and commercially.
