We’re hiring Firefighter Trainees who are ready to turn strength, discipline, and a desire to help into a respected career — no experience needed. You won’t just learn how to fight fires — you’ll learn how to stay calm in chaos, lead under pressure, and protect lives with every move. We’ll teach you how to use fire hoses, ladders, axes, and breathing apparatus safely and effectively. From day one, you’ll begin building strength, discipline, and a mindset that doesn’t break when things go wrong. You’ll learn fire science, emergency response, basic medical care, and how to use every tool with confidence and care. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who know what it means to trust, depend on, and fight for one another. You’ll carry weight — not just equipment, but the weight of responsibility, of urgency, of being needed. You’ll build the mindset to stay focused in fear, calm in crisis, and strong when others feel helpless. You’ll also develop soft skills — communication, leadership, and the ability to reassure people when they’re at their worst.

Basic Qualifications:

• Enter burning structures wearing protective gear to locate and rescue people or pets.
• Help with cleanup, debris removal, and ensuring the area is safe after an incident.
• Stay physically fit and mentally prepared for high-risk, unpredictable scenarios.
• Stay current with CPR certification, first responder protocols, and ongoing education.
• Write detailed reports after incidents to document actions and findings.

Preferred:

• Enjoys helping others and making a direct impact in protecting lives and property.
• Prepared to support search and rescue operations, vehicle extractions, or medical emergencies.
• Experience responding to fires, accidents, or emergency situations as part of a crew.
• Certified in fire science, emergency response, or firefighting training programs.
• Capable of safely navigating burning structures, confined spaces, and hazardous areas.
