Description:

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who’s equal parts compassionate caregiver and clinical rockstar. You’ll prep treatment rooms with care, ensuring everything is spotless, stocked, and ready before the first patient arrives. You’ll prep the room like it’s your stage and make every tray setup Instagram-worthy (okay, maybe just organized). From taking X-rays to passing instruments mid-procedure, you’ll be right where you need to be, every time. You’ll know what’s needed before anyone has to ask, because your intuition is practically psychic. You know when to speak, when to listen, and when to reassure a nervous patient with just a look. You’ll manage tools, charts, and schedules like a multitasking wizard in scrubs. Your role may not always be in the spotlight, but it’s felt in every smooth procedure and every grateful goodbye. You’ll help patients understand what just happened and what comes next, turning medical language into something human.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, cleanliness, or patient experience.
• Disinfect and organize dental tools, equipment, and operatories in accordance with OSHA and infection control protocols.
• Order and manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure all instruments are accounted for, labeled, and functional.
• Provide compassionate reassurance to nervous patients, especially children or first-time visitors.
• Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and office staff as a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent care.

Preferred:

• Thrives in a team-oriented environment focused on quality care and organization.
• Pays close attention to detail when assisting with procedures and documenting outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to help patients feel at ease before and during treatment.
• Familiar with dental terminology and able to record patient information accurately in charts or software.
• Can manage front desk duties when needed, including scheduling, billing, and verifying insurance.
