Description:

We’re looking for an organized and driven Junior Project Manager to join our team and help drive projects to successful completion. You’ll be responsible for helping to organize and track the progress of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. You’ll help coordinate team efforts, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards shared project goals. You’ll support senior project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. You’ll help maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are organized and accessible for team members. You’ll assist in managing client relationships, ensuring that communication is clear and expectations are met. You’ll support project documentation, including preparing project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations. You’ll assist in coordinating meetings, ensuring action items are assigned, tracked, and completed within deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute to retrospective sessions with honest insights and suggestions for how to improve next time.
• Participate in QA, UAT, or launch prep tasks—checking for alignment, gaps, or last-minute bugs.
• Use your soft skills—clear communication, empathy, follow-through—to keep everyone calm and focused even under pressure.
• Organize and archive completed projects, client feedback, and performance reports for future reference or audits.
• Support task prioritization with leads, especially when things shift fast or new work lands mid-sprint.

Preferred:

• Can help organize project folders, files, and naming conventions for clarity.
• Willing to learn about agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Pays attention to bottlenecks, blockers, or risks and brings them to the team’s attention.
• Thrives in dynamic, remote environments where priorities may shift quickly.
• Experience working with documentation tools like Google Docs, Notion, or Confluence.
