Description:

We’re hiring a Copywriter / Content Trainee to work alongside AI tools like ChatGPT and Notion AI — no experience needed, just critical thinking, editing skills, and curiosity about smart content workflows. You’ll assist in researching topics, interviewing real people, and turning facts, quotes, and moments into written pieces that inform and resonate. We’ll teach you how to brief an AI properly, improve its outputs, and know when to rewrite, restructure, or cut entirely. You’ll learn to write in different voices depending on the brand — from serious B2B to warm lifestyle tones. Expect to help with field notes, email interviews, transcription, and shaping human voices into readable, respectful narratives. You’ll get familiar with Notion, Google Docs, MailerLite or Brevo, and tools like Grammarly or Hemingway for clarity and tone. You’ll gain experience writing short profiles, event recaps, long-form articles, and mini-documentaries in written form. You’ll help repurpose blog content into shorter tips for email or social, learning how to adapt long to short and back again. You’ll gain experience across content formats — from web copy to in-app messages — learning where AI helps and where it can’t replace real instinct.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be ready to adjust or rewrite pieces based on feedback, metrics, or shifting priorities.
• Write headlines, subject lines, and social copy that grab attention without being clickbait.
• Communicate proactively if you’re blocked, need context, or see a red flag.
• Take pride in details—names spelled right, facts checked, tone on point.
• Proofread everything—twice—before it goes live or to print.

Preferred:

• Open to learning performance-based writing for email, ads, or landing pages.
• Can adapt brand tone and voice consistently across all written content.
• Enjoys researching, storytelling, and shaping opinions or behaviors through writing.
• Experienced in using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Ghost, or Webflow.
• Able to research topics thoroughly using credible sources and present balanced perspectives.
