Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our profile and optimize our gigs for maximum success. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling gig titles, descriptions, and images that stand out and attract customers. You’ll manage client communication, responding to inquiries quickly and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the sales process. You’ll analyze gig data, track performance, and adjust listings based on results to maximize conversions and visibility. You’ll stay up to date with Fiverr’s algorithm changes and platform updates, implementing new strategies to stay competitive. You’ll be the point of contact for clients, handling orders, ensuring high-quality communication, and maintaining excellent reviews. You’ll track and report on gig performance, adjusting strategies to boost traffic, ranking, and sales. You’ll track customer feedback, ensuring that positive reviews and testimonials are consistently received. You’ll maintain a detailed record of client feedback, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track order status, deadlines, and queue management to avoid delays and missed opportunities.
• Maintain a consistent delivery process with reusable templates, checklists, and file structures for speed and quality.
• Set up auto-messages, gig requirements, and FAQs to streamline onboarding and reduce repetitive back-and-forth.
• Stay in sync with Fiverr community guidelines, TOS, and seller levels to avoid penalties and maximize visibility.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, discounts, or limited-time bundles to boost gig traffic.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Fiverr Account Strategist, Virtual Agency Coordinator, or Freelance Operations Lead.
• Can help manage client communication across time zones with timely responses.
• Understands Fiverr's algorithm, gig ranking factors, and how to optimize for visibility.
• Can analyze top-performing competitors and apply strategies without copying.
• Experience managing or assisting with service-based gigs on Fiverr or similar freelance platforms.
